SCORR has been hard at work preparing for Piggy’s Revenge #13, and it’s shaping up to be our best event yet!
Preparations began back in August, with efforts focused on trail maintenance, permitting, and all the behind-the-scenes tasks that make this event a success.
This weekend, we’ll tackle one of our favorite traditions: making the brats! Each year, we handcraft over 400 bratwursts, starting with 120 pounds of pork butts. We cut, grind, season, and twist them into perfection. Before the event, they’ll be thawed and boiled in beer and onions. At the finish line, they’ll hit the grill for that perfect char. Top yours with sauerkraut, mustard, and chopped onions—delicious and well-earned after a day of riding!
